What to expect from this 6 day Dunes and Wildlife Safari Experience:
Explore some of Namibia's attractions during this 6 day safari in Namibia. Visit Etosha National Park and experience an exciting game drive. Keep an eye out for Zebra, Lion and Elephant. Explore the scenic Sossusvlei area on foot and visit the beautiful Sesriem Canyon. Look forward to exploring the base or climbing the well known Dune 45.

Day 1: Near Etosha National Park, NamibiaEnjoy the unique Namibian landscape as you make your way to the lodge. Enjoy a quick stop at Otjiwaronongo before arriving just before sunset. Your dinner will be prepared by your guide.

Day 2: Etosha National Park, NamibiaOn day 2 of your 6 day Namibia safari you will depart early for an exciting game drive. Keep your camera close to capture your safari memories. Some of the African wildlife you might see include Giraffe, Elephant, Lion, Rhino and Zebra.
Enjoy a light breakfast before visiting some of the many waterholes scattered throughout Etosha National Park. Stop at Halali for lunch prepared by your guide and cool off in the sparkling pool. Alternatively, relax by the camp waterhole.
After a delicious lunch, you will be able to explore the Etosha pan on foot before making your way back to Okaukuejo via some of the waterholes. Relax after your day's game viewing while your guide prepares your dinner.

Day 3: Windhoek, NamibiaBegin your day with an early game drive through Etosha National Park searching for predators and plains game. Keep an eye out for some of the diverse bird species found in this park including Black Korhaan, Blue Crane, Flamingo and Pelican depending on the season.
The park is also home to a number of eagles and hawks. You will stop for lunch either at the park gate or en route to Windhoek. You will arrive at the Chameleon Guesthouse in the late afternoon where you can relax. Dinner will be at your own expense.

Day 4: Near Sesriem, NamibiaEnjoy a leisurely morning relaxing by the pool or explore the town for some last minute shopping. On day 4 of your 6 day Dunes and Wildlife safari in Namibia you will make your way towards Sesriem via Rehoboth and Naukluft.
You will arrive at camp in the late afternoon where you can enjoy the beautiful views. Take a short walk to watch the scenic sunset while looking out over the Naukluft mountain range. Your guide will prepare your dinner. The camp has pool and bar facilities.

Day 5: Sossusvlei, NamibiaRise at dawn and explore the ancient riverbed surrounded by scenic dunes. Make your way into the Sossusvlei area and experience the tranquility of this region. Explore the Dead Vlei on foot and view the vast land of bleached cracked clay and camel thorn trees.
On the way to the camp you'll have the opportunity to climb Dune 45 or explore the base. Stop at Sesriem Canyon to take in the beautiful views before arriving at the lodge in the late afternoon. Watch the sun set over the Namibian desert while you guide prepares a delicious dinner.

Day 6: Windhoek, NamibiaToday marks the end of your 6 day Dunes and Wildlife safari in Namibia. Make your way back to Windhoek via Solitaire and Rehoboth while enjoying the unique surrounding scenery. You will arrive at Windhoek prior to lunch.

Namibia's climate is typical of semi-desert terrain, hot days and cool nights. The coastal regions are cooled by the cold Benguela current, causing fog. Over the central plateau which is higher up, temperatures are lower.
